Performance：

Optical cable water blocking yarn is a composite material consisting of polyester industrial filament and crosslinked acrylic acid polymer. It has outstanding performance and properties in water absorbency rate, swelling height, tensile strength and chemical/thermal stability. The product is PH neutral which is compatible with the core. It is widely used in waterproof communication cable, core-binding of dry-type cable and polyethene based power cable, and it is especially suitable for submarine cable due to its characteristics of easy structure, reliable water blocking performance and environmental friendly material.
